A Tele Communication, US-based service provider BPO is looking for a CSR-Customer Sales Representative for Its Rawalpindi office. Training will be provided.

A Tele Communication is a leading BPO with 80+team members. At A telecommunication, we do things differently, passionately and with fervor.

The compensation Package includes:

• Basic Fixed Salary20,000-Rs.25,000 (Experience Rs.45,000)
• Attendance bonus
• Performance bonus
• Paid leaves
• Title plan
• In-house food & beverages
• Transport for Female Employees (within 10km)

Shift Timings: 6:00pm-3:00am

Working Days: Monday –Friday

Location: Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Campaign: Auto insurance

Job Description:

• Be active and passionate about cold calling
• Provide service information to customers
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Identify clients need and sales accordingly
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Requirement:

• Matric/Intermediate A/O Levels or above
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge, typing skills and can work on CRM
